First we will meet in person and discuss what the wishes are with regards to your (rental) property. You can think of the rent, type of lease, start date, etc. We will also advise you on this matter as much as possible, so that you can make a well-considered choice.
The next step is to advertise the property online and offline. The property will be advertised within our network and online on websites such as Funda and Pararius. We filter the potential candidates who respond and plan viewings in the property.
After the viewing, we will discuss with the interested candidates to provide a number of documents, such as name and address details, salary slips, employment contract, etc. We will provide these per candidate so that you can choose who will be the new tenant of your property.
As soon as the choice has been made, we will start drawing up a rental agreement, which we will also submit to you for verification. Upon approval, we will offer the contract for digital signature, so it can be signed from a computer, tablet or telephone. Very handy!
With the signed lease in the mailbox and the first payment on the account, we will plan the check-in date and prepare an inspection report together with the new tenant, before handing over the key. The new tenant has moved in! After this we can also take care of the property management.
